REPORT: GAVIN ROSSDALE AND GWEN STEFANI ON THE ROCKS?

The marriage of Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale and No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani could be on the rocks, according to a report from the tabloid magazine Star. The report alleges that the 46-year-old Rossdale and 42-year-old Stefani have been in and out of marriage counseling in an effort to save the relationship, which sources say has been battered by a continuous stream of revelations about Rossdale's past. One insider told the Star, "He's just not been honest with her about his past."

    * Just a couple of years after they were married in 2002, Rossdale confessed that he had a now 22-year-old daughter, model Daisy Lowe, from a previous relationship with designer Pearl Lowe.
    * Then in 2009, a male transvestite named Peter Robinson, a.k.a. Marilyn, said that he and Rossdale had had a brief fling. Rossdale admitted to the relationship, saying it happened when he was 17 and was "experimental."
    * A short time later, Hole frontperson Courtney Love claimed to have had an eight-month affair with Rossdale -- while he was dating Stefani. Love also hinted that Rossdale had cheated on his future wife with others as well.
    * A source said, "Gwen often wonders what other secrets Gavin is hiding. It's getting harder and harder for her to go through the motions with a man she sometimes feels like she doesn't even know."
    * Rossdale has also reportedly had a tough time dealing with Stefani's success as his own career goes into decline. An insider said, "When they got together, it was Gavin who had the big career. But now that the tables have turned and Gwen is more famous than Gavin and that's been a really hard journey for him."
    * The two rockers met in 1995 when Bush and No Doubt toured together and began dating soon after. Rossdale told us that it was love at first sight when they met before the tour started: "They said, 'We want to introduce you to the singer from the band,' and she came to the dressing room and that was kind of it -- my life was over, Cupid struck, whatever you say. And she went out of the room and I turned to them and I said, 'That was the best idea you guys ever had -- how long can she come out for?' So that was it, really. I think we lasted a few weeks and then that was it. It was out of our control."
    * They have two sons, four-year-old Kingston and three-year-old Zuma.

JASON DERULO CONFIRMS RELATIONSHIP WITH JORDIN SPARKS

Jason Derulo confirmed that he is dating Jordin Sparks -- during a conversation about his recovery after fracturing his neck three weeks ago. According to People, Jason has Jordin to thank for his progress. Jason said, "We are together. She lives in Phoenix and she comes to Miami and takes care of me, brings me breakfast in bed and she'll go on walks with me. We've gotten closer because of my accident. It's awesome to have someone you can talk to and she's a wonderful person."

    * In addition to opening his eyes about his relationship, Jason says that the experience has helped him create more music. He said, "It's been really eye opening. It's given me a chance to look at everything and realize how blessed I truly am. I'm going to make another album while I'm down. We'll see what comes out of that. I don't know what it's called yet, but it's really inspired."

RUSSELL BRAND ALREADY SEEING OTHER WOMEN,  TRASHING KATY PERRY

US Weekly reports that Katy Perry's soon-to-be-ex husband Russell Brand-who blindsided her by filing for divorce last December-is already seeing other women. According to the magazine "She discovered it through her friends. One of them saw him in action and it got back to Katy."  To make things worse, he's been trashing his wife of 14 months to all his latest conquests. Brand was hitting on everything that moved last Saturday at the Lexington social house in L.A.  He even told one woman he wanted to "explore a relationship" with her. He said he wanted her to move in with him after the divorce is final."

 

It could be a long and nasty wait: brand has been attacking perry via e-mails and text messages. A source says "It's gotten ugly. Katy's worried about him leaking stories about her for big money, or putting them in his upcoming book."   She has good reason to be concerned. He's done it in the past with girls he's broken up with -- as for Katy, they say "She doubts she'll ever be able to trust a guy again."

MARIAH CAREY BUYS HUBBY A FERRARI AS HE STRUGGLES TO GET BETTER

Nick Cannon is reportedly struggling to rebuild muscles following his recent health problems. It seems that the $300,000 Ferrari that his wife, Mariah Carey, reportedly bought for him as a get well present won't be able to get Nick back in shape for his hosting duties on America's Got Talent. According to Contact Music, Nick's mild kidney failure over Christmas has caused him to lose a lot of muscle.

    * Nick tweeted, "Getting back in shape is going to be tuff, the DR said because of my condition my body can't process protein and that's what builds muscle. Time to work smarter not harder... but I got to get right by the time America's Got Talent starts! It's going to be difficult to get my six pack back on this Renal Diet.     * Nick had to go into the hospital on Wednesday (January 25) for a scheduled procedure.
    * Meanwhile, Mariah Carey may be taking over for Nicole Scherzinger as a judge on X Factor next season. According to popcrush.com, Nicole gets too emotional when contestants have to be eliminated and wants to leave. Mariah was reportedly slated to participate in X Factor in some capacity -- but she was pregnant for most of last season.

HEIDI KLUM STILL WEARING WEDDING RING

Heidi Klum is also wearing her wedding ring despite announcing that she and husband Seal have separated. Seal has been blabbing to the media about the importance of still wearing his ring -- and apparently Heidi feels the same way. She was spotted leaving the set of Germany's Top Model, which is shot in Los Angeles, with her ring on.

DEMI MOORE REPORTEDLY RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL / SOURCE: ASHTON IS ACTING LIKE A TEENAGER

Demi Moore has reportedly been released from the Sherman Oaks Hospital, where she was rushed on Monday night after suffering seizure-like symptoms. E! reported news of the release, though there was no word on Demi's next move or when exactly she was discharged. It was widely reported that Demi was inhaling whip-its before her hospitalization, and was subsequently treated for substance abuse and anorexia.  E! also reported that Ashton Kutcher returned to Los Angeles from Brazil on Thursday. It's unclear if that was his scheduled return date, or if he cut his trip short due to Moore's condition. He didn't appear to be bothered by her hospitalization earlier in the week, as he was tweeting and signing autographs for fans after the news broke.

The New York Post reported that Ashton's supposedly childish behavior is largely to blame for Demi's condition. A source told the paper that Kutcher has been contacting Demi since their split, even as he publically flirts with other women. The insider said, "Ashton has been very sloppy about his private life. He goes between doing ridiculous things and then making overtures to Demi. She took her marriage very seriously, she gave it 100 percent, and his behavior is confusing to her."

    * The source added, "Demi put up with a lot from Ashton -- and despite the rumors, she always gave him the benefit of the doubt. But as soon as he admitted it, she asked him to leave. She helped him build his career, and as soon as he got his own success he became very full of himself. He was pushing and pulling at her for months before they split. Now he's carrying on like a teenager, goes around with other women, and then, when he's feeling scared and lonely, he reaches out to Demi. It's really taking its toll on her. Demi is exhausted and humiliated. She needs some time to take care of herself and regroup."

911 CALL WILL BE RELEASED

An edited version of the 911 call that sent Demi to the hospital will be released today. The Los Angeles Times reported that references to Moore's medical condition or medication she was taking will be left out, as its release could violate privacy laws.

PAULA DEEN SNAPPED EATING BURGER AND FRIES

Paula Deen isn't letting diabetes come between her and her favorite foods. The Food Network host, who recently revealed that she suffers from type 2 diabetes, was photographed chowing down on a burger and fries earlier this week. The indulgence took place on a cruise with her fans around the Caribbean. While diabetes doesn't mean one has to swear off burgers, it's not going to help her feud with Anthony Bourdain, who has publically attacked Deen for her unhealthy habits.

    * When Deen went public with her diabetes news, she also announced a partnership with drug maker Novo Nordisk and the launch a new website, Diabetes in a New Light, which offers diabetes-friendly recipes and other tips for living with the disease.

BRAD PITT DISCUSSES DEPRESSION AND DRUG USE

Brad Pitt has revealed that he struggled with depression. The actor told the Hollywood Reporter that he had a hard time coping with his fame in the late 1990s. The actor explained, "I got really sick of myself at the end of the 1990s. I was hiding out from the celebrity thing, I was smoking way too much dope, I was sitting on the couch and just turning into a doughnut and I really got irritated with myself."

    * The time period Pitt mentioned coincided with his relationship with Jennifer Aniston. The two married in 2000 after several years together.

RIHANNA GETS FLIRTY WITH DR. DRE / RIHANNA GETS HER OWN FASHION TELEVISION SHOW

According to gossip site, Mediatakeout.com, Rihanna was hanging out with Dr. Dre this week in Los Angeles and they both got drunk and started hugging and getting very flirtatious. The insider said, "It was embarrassing . . . Dre was carrying on with that girl in front of everyone." Dr. Dre is 47 years-old and married but it appears that the two may have just been celebrating a new business venture as insiders say that Rihanna will be launching her own line of Beats by Dre headphones in the near future.  Rihanna is quietly building up her brand and the singer has just signed on to executive produce and appear on a new fashion show for Sky Living HD in the United Kingdom. The show, which was inspired by Project Runway, will feature Rihanna and Girls Aloud star Nicola Robert looking for the next generation of undiscovered fashion designers.

CHARLIE SHEEN BLASTS 'TWO AND A HALF MEN' AGAIN

Charlie Sheen is done trying to make amends with Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre. The actor, who appeared to have mellowed since last year's meltdown, once again blasted his former employer, telling reporters that the sitcom should end and that the actors on the show "deserve better." At the NATPE (National Association of Television Program Executives) conference in Miami, Sheen said of Two and a Half Men, "I don't think it should go on past this year. I just think that people are there because there's nowhere else to go. Yet." Charlie was there to promote his upcoming FX series Anger Management, which he says will be a success due to "a combination of respect, admiration and involvement that didn't exist" on the set of Two and a Half Men. He continued to blast his old series, saying, "I don't want to harp on them. Let the clueless stay clueless. . . I was a puppet there for ratings. But whatever, I don't care. I've moved on, and whatever they're doing there is none of my business."

    * Sheen added, "Whatever started with [Men cocreator Chuck Lorre] rolled down to all of us. I'm not saying it was s--t, but I'm not saying it was f--king gold either. But whatever, man, they're doing their thing and I'm free from their bondage. Hats off to [Ashton Kutcher] for doing the best job that he can. Justin Bieber performed at a tribute to Michael Jackson at Grauman's Chinese Theatre yesterday (January 26). Jackson's three children were on hand as they used Jackson's shoes and famous glove to leave their mark in the concrete near the theatre. Michael's daughter, Paris, introduced Justin. Bieber said, "I don't usually get nervous... Michael meant so much to me. He was more than an entertainer. He was an inspiration."

IS LADY GAGA'S BOYFRIEND TRYING TO CHANGE HER?

Lady Gaga's boyfriend is tired of her stage act at home. According to In Touch, Taylor Kinney has told Gaga to turn off the act when she gets home. Reportedly, now that they have been dating for six months, Taylor is more comfortable to make it clear that he has no desire to be with anyone other than Stefani. A source said, "Gaga started living and breathing her character 24/7 because she felt her fans wanted that. Taylor has convinced her that he loves the real Stefani."

    * Gaga has reportedly promised to be herself in front of Taylor.
    * Meanwhile, Gaga's parents are reportedly scheduled to open their Italian restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, in New York City on Wednesday (February 1).

RUSSELL CROWE PEEVED AT RYAN GOSLING OSCAR SNUB

Russell Crowe is apparently a big Ryan Gosling fan. After the Academy failed to reward Gosling with an Oscar nomination for his role in Drive, Crowe tweeted, "Ryan Gosling didn't get an Academy nomination? There's some bullsh-- right there."

DREW CAREY AND LONGTIME FIANCE SPLIT

Drew Carey and his longtime fiance have broken up. A rep for the Price is Right host confirmed that he and Nicole Jaracz have called off their engagement after nearly five years. Carey's rep explained, "He and Nicole still have a great deal of love and affection for one another. He will still be very involved with their son's life." Jaracz has a son Connor, now 6, from a previous relationship. The couple announced their engagement in 2007. At the time Carey's rep said, "They are both very happy and excited about their future together."

    * Meanwhile, RadarOnline.com reported that Carey has a new girlfriend: 31-year-old Kelley Whilden, who was photgraphed with him on January 21 at the soccer match between the U.S. Men's National Team and Venezuela.

* LEONA LEWIS ALBUM DELAYED: Leona Lewis' album's release date has been delayed again. Originally, Glassheart was supposed to be released in early 2012 and according to Perez Hilton, the album has been pushed back again to November 2012. There has been no word on why the album has been delayed.


* GWEN STEFANI BACK IN THE STUDIO: Gwen Stefani is back in the studio with No Doubt. The group wrote on their Twitter page, "Gwen back in the studio with us. * ROBERT HEGYES DIES AT AGE 60: Robert Hegyes died on Thursday (January 26th) at the age of 60. The actor was best known for his role as Juan Epstein on Welcome Back, Kotter. The New Jersey Star-Ledger reported that Epstein suffered an apparent heart attack at his home. By the time he was transported to the hospital, he was in full cardiac arrest and died.


* BROOKE MUELLER REPORTEDLY EXTENDS REHAB STAY: Brooke Mueller is reportedly extending her stay in rehab -- voluntarily. RadarOnline.com reported that Charlie Sheen's ex entered a 30-day treatment program after her recent arrest for cocaine possession, and has decided to stay longer because it is going so well. A source told the website, "This is a dramatic turn of events for Brooke as this is the first time she has ever voluntarily decided to stay in rehab. This program she is in is working, and Brooke is getting sober for herself, and that is the first time she has ever said that. In the past, family, friends have forced her into rehab, but not this time. Brooke is taking an active role in her sobriety."


* KIM RICHARDS ADMITS SHE'S AN ALCOHOLIC: Kim Richards went to rehab last month because she's an alcoholic. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star came clean about her problems in a taped interview with Andy Cohen for the series reunion show. Although Kim didn't participate in the official reunion because she was in treatment, Bravo aired a clip of her post-rehab sit-down in which she tells Cohen, "I'm an alcoholic." Earlier this season, Kim blamed her erratic behavior on her prescription medicine.


* 'OFFICE' SPINOFF IN THE WORKS? NBC is reportedly developing a spinoff of The Office centered on Rainn Wilson's character Dwight Shrute. Deadline.com reported that the new series will be introduced during an episode later this season. If the show -- about Shrute and his family's bed & breakfast and beet farm -- is picked up, it will likely begin airing in early 2013.


* KEIFER SUTHERLAND'S NEW SHOW DOES WELL: Keifer Sutherland might have another hit on his hands. The former 24 star's new Fox series Touch, scored 12 million viewers for its early preview. The series retained 61 percent of the audience from American Idol, which is an impressive feat.


* BRAD AND GEORGE TO PRESENT AT SAG AWARDS: Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Kathy Bates will present awards at the upcoming Screen Actors Guild Awards. The three join previously-announced presenters including Owen Wilson, Melissa McCarthy, Zoe Saldana, Kristen Wiig and Sir Ben Kingsley. The 18th annual SAG awards will take place this Sunday (January 29th).


* IS CHLOE SEVIGNY REPLACING DEMI MOORE? Chloe Sevigny has joined the cast of Lovelace. The casting announcement was made after Demi Moore dropped out of the film, in which she was to make a cameo as Gloria Steinem. Sevigny's role is described as "a feminist journalist assigned to write a story about Lovelace," although it's unclear if that character is in fact Steinem.
